When one finishes or completes their job it means that they should be paid for the work done. This helps in the fact that you will remind the person you have worked for or sold products to that they need to pay you. Also it quickens the rate at which the person will pay you because they see you are in need of the money. Invoices are very important and should not be taken lightly because they do quite a big job where one would not have personally been able to do it. When one is using an excel template invoice they should know what exactly is it. It is customer invoicing system that stores products, invoices and the history of the customer which means that one can go back and look at it when they need to.
