It's definitely not easy to move to a new location. well I have moved quite a few times due to my ongoing schedule and transfer to new places. At first, when I was single, and didn't have a family, it was still okay. I started feeling the heat when I moved to places with my wife and child a couple of times. In the beginning, I didn't have much to move with, still I found it very difficult. Its not the question of where and how near is the place where you are moving, its a question of how will you adapt to the new surroundings. you have to find everything on your own as you might or might not have any people who know you and you have to start all over again. Packing and unpacking will tire the best of us and before you even know that the sun has gone down, your things will still be haphazard and it will take at least a week for you to settle down in your own pace. Hiring a movers and packers agency is the best option as you don't have to pack or unpack. They will have not just the van, but also the equipment e.g. universal van roof racks - to do the job properly. However still you have lot of work to do. Another advise is to involve your family members and ask them to help on the big day so that the work gets distributed and the burden on the main family member is less. |

One of my pet peeves is driving or walking in my neighborhood and seeing rubbish in the gutters, along the curbs, and along fences were it has been blown and been trapped. I should be happy in a perverse way about all this litter - I work for a road sweeper hire company, and I should enjoy the "supply" of litter that demands the hiring of my equipment. But it still bugs me as a member of society I want to see clean. My home is my biggest investment and I do clean and sweep the curb area of my house routinely. It takes a few minutes and if all my neighbors did this what an aesthetic difference it would make to the whole community. Sometimes the litter is so abundant that I think about the people selling their homes in my community. Who wants to live with filth? A neighborhood’s appearance says a lot about the people who live there. Taking pride in your community and keeping it clean is something that should be of the utmost interest to everyone living in it. Nothing makes me happier than when I see the Boys Scouts cleaning out a lot or an entrance to the expressway. It makes me smile, because for a little while my neighborhood will look nice again. |
